KS Liss Komplex anti-frizz backbar treatment
This salon backbar treatment uses the KS Liss Komplex regime to obtain a frizz-free effect on curly hair without permanently straightening the hair. Clients can still enjoy their curls, but without the frizz.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Carefully selected active ingredients ensure maximum respect for the hair while delivering long-lasting, natural results.
- Keratin is a fibrous protein that helps seal split ends and strengthen the hair structure. It improves volume, shine and resilience while restoring the hair’s natural strength.
- Collagen is essential for maintaining hair elasticity and hydration. It helps strengthen the hair fibre while improving shine and overall hair health.
- Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide that retains moisture within the hair fibre. It maintains proper hydration levels and helps control frizz for smoother hair.
- Silk proteins provide protection and intense shine while creating a smoothing effect that leaves the hair soft, manageable and radiant.
STEP 1: Alkaline Shampoo (pH 8.2)
The alkaline shampoo opens the hair cuticle and prepares the hair for the treatment process. Enriched with keratin and silk proteins, it helps strengthen the hair fiber and improves elasticity, leaving the hair healthier, shinier and ready to absorb the smoothing treatment.
Application
- Apply to wet hair, massage thoroughly and leave on for 5 minutes. For thicker hair, extend the processing time up to 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and towel dry before proceeding to the next step.
STEP 2: Smoothing cream
The smoothing cream is a formulated with glyoxylic acid, keratin, collagen, hyaluronic acid and hydrolyzed silk. It restructures and smooths the hair fiber while delivering long-lasting softness and natural movement. Suitable for all hair types.
Application
- Apply the cream to towel-dried hair, working strand by strand with sections of approximately 0.5 cm thickness.
- Comb through to distribute evenly and allow processing according to the recommended timing table. Then rinse thoroughly.

STEP 3: Restoring Mask
The restoring mask completes the treatment by nourishing and restoring the hair fiber after the smoothing process. It leaves the hair visibly smoother, shinier and easier to manage. The conditioning proteins help strengthen the hair structure and improve elasticity while enhancing softness and shine.
Application
- Apply to towel-dried hair and leave for 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and proceed with drying.
The service could slightly lighten the colour so it is recommended to use an anti-yellow shampoo or to tone afterwards.
