NEBEAU PRO CLUB REWARDS PROGRAMME
P30-1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
Unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms or expressions shall have the meanings set out hereunder:
BONUS REWARDS POINTS: bonus reward points to be determined by Nebeau from time to time and listed on the Nebeau Pro Club page.
NEBEAU: means Nebeau (Pty) Ltd with company registration number: 2014/242182/07.
MEMBER: The persons, company and/or entity entitled to earn and redeem Rewards Points.
REWARDS PERIOD: 1 March and will endure up and until 28 February.
REWARDS POINTS: 1 (one) point equates to R1 (One) Rand in value.
REWARDS REDEMPTION PERIOD: reward points may be redeemed at any time during the rewards period and up until 2 months thereafter. As a result, unused reward points will expire at the end of April of each subsequent year.
PRODUCT POINTS TABLE: The product points table is the list of products as shown on the Nebeau Pro Club page, explaining the points a member may accrue per product and against what the rewards points may be redeemed.
2. Terms
2.1 The Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme shall endure for the Rewards Period.
2.2 All Members participating in the programme hereby agree to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
2.3 The Member consents to the transfer of personal information to a third party if such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between the Member and Nebeau.
3. Enrollment in the programme
3.1 The full details of how the Nebeau Pro Club works can be found on https://www.nebeau.co.za/proclub.
3.2 All Members that wish to participate in the Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme can enrol via the following channels:
3.2.1 By sending a WhatsApp to +27 18 468 1001 with the words “Pro Club signup”, plus his/her name and their existing customer account code;
3.2.2 By enrolling online on https://www.nebeau.co.za/proclub-subscribe
3.3 Approval of such enrolment is at the sole discretion of Nebeau.
3.4 Rewards points will only accrue from the date of enrolment in the Pro Club. No sales will be backdated and loaded to member profiles other than from the date of registration.
3.5 Only 1 (one) Nebeau Pro Club profile may be allocated per Member account.
4. Earning of reward points
4.1 Members will earn Rewards Points on certain Nebeau products only. Rewards Points will be allocated for every purchase of the products listed on the Product Points Table only.
4.2 No points will be allocated for campaign, free or donated stock.
4.3 Members can earn Bonus Rewards Points by:
4.3.1 referring new clients;
4.3.2 successfully completing online technical or product training courses, by reaching the minimum pass percentage per module;
4.3.3 purchasing bonus product promotions, as advertised.
4.4 To earn any Reward Points based on purchases, a member must ensure that all monthly invoices are paid on-time and in full, in terms of the General Terms of Sale. Should any amount be in arrears, the Member will not be able to redeem points. Purchases made by the Member during the period their account is in arrears shall only be allocated to the Member when their account is in good standing.
4.5 A product’s Rewards Point value may change during the Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme and Nebeau reserves the right to reasonably change Reward Points values during the Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme.
5. Redemption of award points
5.1 The Member can redeem the rewards points earned as prescribed in the Product Points table with his/her next order but before the end of the rewards redemption period.
5.2 Nebeau may require that the Member must reach a minimum qualifying number of rewards points before the Member may be able to redeem their rewards points.
5.3 At the end of the rewards period, any unredeemed points may be used for the Partner rewards Incentive trip. A minimum of 20 000 points is required to be considered for the incentive trip.
5.4 Any unredeemed Rewards Points at the close of the Redemption Period will be forfeited.
6. Reporting & Results
6.1 This Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme will be based on normal trading information transacted between Nebeau and its Members, based on purchases including VAT.
6.2 Rewards Points will be calculated monthly.
6.3 Rewards Points and balances will be communicated to the Member by the 10th of the subsequent month.
6.4 Any Rewards Points are not transferable to any other parties, participating or otherwise.
6.5 No set off or combining of Rewards Points are permitted.
6.6 Rewards Points are not transferable to cash.
6.7 Nebeau will not disclose information regarding an account to anyone other than the Nebeau Pro Club Member. Nebeau undertakes to process all personal information obtained from the Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Nebeau reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with any submission or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Nebeau Pro Club Rewards programme.
7.2 Failure by Nebeau to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7.3 Nebeau’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such offender are reserved.
7.4 Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the participant by Nebeau.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Nebeau reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
8.2 Nebeau has not responsibility to alert the member of any changes.
8.3 The Member waive any right to receive specific notice of any or each change. It is the responsibility of the Member to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.
8.4 The Member will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by his/her continued use of the Nebeau Pro Club after the date of any revised Terms.
